It’s the re-set season!
Autumn, and September in particular, is a good opportunity to start or get back into new routines and establish some good habits. Whether it’s to re-evaluate your new year goals, or create new ones, explore how you can implement meaningful change this season.
One thing I’d strongly advocate for is to find a new hands-on hobby. We are surrounded by tech; from our working environments, to our down times with phones and TV, and even in our cars, we’re often sitting in front of one screen or another. There’s multiple studies on the proven benefits of creative hobbies and how it can improve mental and physical health. So if you don’t currently have a hobby – maybe now is the time. It’s just about finding the right one for you.
