Breakfast Berry Brioche

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, if you’re looking for a little inspiration, you’re always a winner with breakfast in bed.  So, how about something sweet for your sweet? They’re sure to love this breakfast treat and it’s simple to make. You can even get little ones to give a helping hand for an extra sprinkling of love.

Serves 4 

Prepare 15 mins
Cook 5 mins


100g raspberries
100g blueberries
100g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 slices brioche
250g Alpro Simply Plain


  1. Put the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle over the cinnamon. Roughly crush with the back of a fork and drizzle over 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the juice run from the fruit.
  2. Toast the brioche slices on both sides until golden. Fold the fruit through the Alpro Simply Plain and spoon on top of the toasted brioche slices. Drizzle over the remaining maple syrup to serve.
