As the saying goes, what you put in is what you get out. Ok, so that saying wasn’t created as a metaphor for bad skin but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t apply. A reliance on quick food and a lack of nutrients, vitamins and other things the body needs can cause the skin to become dry, grey, cause lines and spots. So if you think that diet could be a contributing factor to poor skin health, integrate these superfoods into your diet for healthier, happier skin.
