A: A good skincare routine is vital to keep skin healthy and address any problems or concerns associated with underlying health problems or stress related issues.
Skin is different at different times in our life, it is the largest living organ in the body and can be a good indicator of what is happens physically and emotionally within. At puberty and at menopause the fluctuating hormonal levels in our body can create havoc with our skin. Sun damage and the effects of allergens and pollutants can be present and remain if not addressed.
As skin specialists with holistic training (looking at the person as a whole) we can look at what is present, the factors that causes flare ups and treat from there. We know the importance nutrition, sun protection and water content can play.
