Recipe: Breakfast Berry Brioche

Breakfast Berry Brioche

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and as always we’re here to provide inspiration. You’re always a winner with breakfast in bed so how about something sweet for your sweet?

Serves 4 

Prepare 15 mins
Cook 5 mins

Ingredients:

100g raspberries
100g blueberries
100g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 slices brioche
250g Alpro Simply Plain

Method:

  1. Put the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle over the cinnamon. Roughly crush with the back of a fork and drizzle over 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the juice run from the fruit.
  2. Toast the brioche slices on both sides until golden. Fold the fruit through the Alpro Simply Plain and spoon on top of the toasted brioche slices. Drizzle over the remaining maple syrup to serve
