Late October and early November see’s a number of Autumnal functions from Halloween parties to fireworks displays and we could all do with a little something to warm us from the inside out so we had a chat with the Bailey’s team and managed to get a copy of their hot chocolate recipe. I find Bailey’s is incredibly warming and teamed with a classic hot chocolate, it’s bound to be delightful.
- 50ml Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur
- 150ml Hot Chocolate
- Whipped Cream
Chocolate shavings for sprinkling on top.
- Measure 150ml hot chocolate into a saucepan and heat gently. Pour into a short glass with 50ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
